Matt & Anastasia’s Joyful Lakeside Photography Session in the Heart of Maryland

Matt and Anastasia chose Centennial Park for their engagement session – a place that’s special to them because they regularly go running there together. It was my first visit to the park and I immediately loved its spaciousness which allowed us to get some epic wide angle shots and also gave us plenty of room to keep the other visitors out of our photos! Matt & Anastasia have that “quiet luxury” type of style that is so tasteful and elegant but feels very comfortable and authentic. They are a really fun, sweet couple and we had a great time talking about our shared love of video games and movies. We took some incredible photos as we walked through the forest and meadows and ended at Centennial Lake which is absolutely stunning at sunset. And we got treated to seeing a lot of wildlife along the way – deer, birds, even little baby foxes peeking out of their den!
